We are offering a new enhanced eye test where you can undertake the OCT health check - It’s not just your vision we care about, it’s your health too. A comprehensive eye health check isn’t just about your vision and getting a new pair of spectacles or contact lenses, it can reveal early problems or changes in your eye that you may be unaware. We have invested in the very latest technology and can now study your eyes with incredible detail allowing early detection, diagnosis and monitoring of Glaucoma, Diabetic Retinopathy, Age Related Macular Degeneration, Retinal Detachments and much more. Following our installation of the remarkable Optical Coherence Tomographer (OCT for short) we are now able to image the very back of your eye, allowing us to study your eyes in incredible detail. Also by keeping records of these images for you we can compare them the next time you visit, year on year, which is extremely useful. Having an OCT screening in combination with your normal eye test will allow us to obtain the most detailed information about your overall eye health.
